'We craft our spirit from a carefully selected wheat-based neutral grain spirit. To capture the full character of the coconut, we use its flesh, cream, and water through multiple extraction methods. Through the artistry of Koji cultures, these elements are then transformed into something velvety and complex, unlocking what we call the “Ice Cream effect” - a depth of flavour and elegance that carries through every sip.
